Delete Your PayShare Account

Delete in the App (fastest)

If you still have PayShare installed:

• Step 1: Open PayShare and sign in
• Step 2: Go to Settings
• Step 3: Tap Delete account
• Step 4: Confirm the deletion

Your account is deleted right away, and you will be signed out.

Request Deletion by Email (without the app)

If you no longer have the app, you can ask us to delete your account:

• Step 1: Send an email to support@novasoftlabs.com from the same email address you use to sign in to PayShare
• Step 2: Use the subject line "PayShare Account Deletion Request"
• Step 3: In the message, write the email address of your PayShare account and whether you signed in with Google or with email and password

To protect your account, we may reply to confirm the request came from you. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your PayShare login (Firebase Authentication account)
• Your profile: name, email address, and profile photo
• Groups that only you are a member of, with all their expenses
• Your membership in shared groups and the link between you and your expense entries

What May Be Kept

• Shared group records: expense entries in groups shared with other people may remain in those groups so the other members' balances stay correct. They will no longer be linked to your account or show your personal details.
• Backups: copies in routine backups are removed automatically within 30 days.
• Crash and analytics data: pseudonymous data not linked to your account is deleted automatically under our normal retention periods (up to 90 days for crash reports).
• Legal records: we may keep limited information if the law requires it.
• Purchases: purchase records are kept by Google Play under your Google account, not by us.

Other Nova Soft Labs Apps

Our other apps (remote control apps, QR Code, Arrow Escape) do not use accounts. Their data is stored only on your device, and you can delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. For any other deletion request, email support@novasoftlabs.com.
